Sex and Intimacy Therapy

Clients I work with often feel shame, confusion or frustration about their sexual experiences. You may be navigating a physical challenge, exploring your sexuality identity, navigating alternative sexual or relationship dynamics, or looking to deepen intimacy with a partner. Sex therapy offers a non-judgmental space to create change and find clarity.

My approach is rooted in Positive Sexuality. This means we move away from cultural messages of shame or “normalcy” and instead focus on what feels healthy, pleasurable, consensual, and fulfilling for you.

Common Issues I Work With

  • Sexual Function and Performance: I address concerns such as premature ejaculation (PE), erectile difficulties (ED), or difficulty reaching orgasm.
  • Desire and Arousal Challenges: It is fairly common for one partner in a relationship to want to have more sex than the other, or one or both partners lose interest in sex. I can help you navigate those differences.
  • Sexual Identity and Exploration: Sex therapy provides a supportive space to explore diverse sexual interests and kinks, sexual orientation and gender identity.
  • Diverse Relationship Structures: I provide expert support for those interested in ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory, or open relationships, focusing on communication, boundaries, and jealousy management.
  • Pain and Physical Discomfort Working through sexual pain (such as vaginismus or dyspareunia) and the emotional anxiety that often accompanies it.
